There doesn't seem to be an effort here to differentiate between the various parts of the moel and to recignize that they serve different functions. What you list as the warrant, backing, and grounds are simply further examples of data. If for, instance you start with the following:

Data: it's better for the environment
then the warrant would be that it is the responsbility of car manufacturers to design cars that are better for the environment
